Nickel Plated Copper Foil
Nickel has strong passivation ability due to its high stability in the air. It can form a very thin passivation film in the air which can resist atmospheric alkali and some acid corrosion. It makes nickel plated product with good chemical stability during working or under alkaline environment. Nickel plated product is not easy to change color and can be oxidized when the temperature is above 600℃.Nickel plated layer has strong adhesion and is not easy to fall off. The product’ surface with high hardness after plating nickel which can improve wear resistance and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear-resisting, anti-corrosion, rust excellent performance products.
Due to the high surface hardness of nickel plating product, electroplating nickel crystal is extremely small and has highly polished which can polish to mirror surface appearance. And it can keep clean for a long time in the atmosphere. So it often is used to decorate.
