Product Introduction

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, which is commonly known as brass because of its golden yellow surface colour. The zinc in brass makes the material harder and more resistant to abrasion, while the material also has a good tensile strength. The brass foil produced by CIVEN METAL has a good surface finish, a flat sheet shape and excellent consistency. Brass foil is often used in the decorative industry because of its golden appearance, as a protective or reinforcing material because of its hardness and impact resistance, and as a gasket material because of its wear resistance. Brass is also often used as an electrical heating material due to its electrical resistance properties. Due to the spherical structure of the rolled brass foil, the soft and hard state can be controlled by the annealing process, making it more suitable for a wide range of applications. CIVEN METAL can also produce copper foils in different thicknesses and widths according to customer requirements, thus reducing production costs and improving processing efficiency.
