CIVEN can provide double-sided optical lithium copper foil in different widths from 4.5 to 20µm nominal thickness.

Performance

The products have the characteristics of symmetrical double-sided structure, metal density close to the theoretical density of copper, very low surface profile, high elongation and tensile strength (see Table 1).

Applications

It can be used as anode carrier and collector for lithium-ion batteries.

Advantages

Compared with single-sided gross and double-sided gross lithium copper foil, its contact area increases exponentially when it is bonded with the negative electrode material, which can significantly reduce the contact resistance between the negative electrode collector and the negative electrode material and improve the symmetry of the negative electrode sheet structure of lithium-ion batteries.
