Bronze is an alloy material made by melting copper with some other rare or precious metals. Different combinations of alloys have different physical properties and applications. The bronze foils produced by CIVEN METAL are mainly tin-phosphor bronze foils, with the main content of copper, tin and phosphorus. It has the following features:

1. Higher phosphorus content and superior fatigue strength.

2. Better elasticity and wear resistance.

3. Non-magnetic, with good mechanical and technological properties

4. Corrosion resistance, can be well welded and brazed, no sparks on impact.

5. Good electrical conductivity, not easily heated to ensure safety.

Because of its unique performance characteristics, bronze foil is often used to manufacture various types of electronic components, high airtight castings, connectors, shrapnel and wear-resistant materials for high precision instruments. The Rolled bronze foil from CIVEN METAL is also highly machinable and easy to shape and laminate. Due to the spherical structure of the rolled bronze foil, the soft and hard state can be controlled by the annealing process, making it more suitable for a wide range of applications. CIVEN METAL can also produce bronze foils in different thicknesses and widths according to customer requirements, thus reducing production costs and improving processing efficiency.
